I played a key role in crafting visually compelling assets across tradeshow graphics, print ads, and digital content. I contributed to the design and execution of product launches and internal initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to ensure cohesive, purposeful visuals aligned with project goals. One standout project involved leading the development of a self-service template for the System Solution Guide (SSG) team. This initiative addressed a critical need to modernize outdated designs and build a user-friendly, on-brand system that multiple teams could update and use across print and digital formats. Informed by team feedback and workflow analysis, I delivered a scalable, intuitive design solution that empowered internal teams to create consistent, high-quality materials efficiently and independently. I also led the design of an internal campaign that required a thoughtful visual concept, one that resonated with employees and could evolve alongside onsemi’s growth. Every piece was crafted with clarity, emotional connection, and long-term adaptability in mind.
