I began my journey at Kyndryl as a Design Intern and quickly advanced to a Full-Time Visual Designer, where I took on a key role in driving design efficiency and enhancing our team's creative output. One of my major contributions was developing and maintaining a central repository of over 150 customizable graphics, which included reusable industry templates and creative assets. This initiative streamlined the design process, eliminating repetitive tasks and allowing teams to focus more on content, significantly accelerating the delivery of proposals.

In my role, I specialized in transforming complex, technical information into visually compelling designs that clearly communicated our messages to clients. This skill proved invaluable, as I regularly worked in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple proposals, orals, and projects simultaneously. I collaborated closely with both technical teams and sales professionals to ensure our visuals not only supported the content but also optimized the flow of information, making it easily digestible for a wide range of audiences.

I also applied my expertise to elevate presentations and proposals, ensuring they were not only visually appealing but also well-structured to enhance storytelling and content flow. My ability to translate intricate concepts into clear, concise visuals played a crucial role in improving client understanding and driving successful outcomes.
